Terms of Service

Shipping, Insurance info:-

We use Insured "Express Mail Services" (EMS)for all International shipments. This Global Express Service is provided with full Insurance and with online tracking facility.

After getting the confirmed payment, all the items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase unless it is the second saturdays or national holidays. If an order comes in after 12 noon on Saturday ,it will be shipped on the following Monday and the tracking number will be given to buyer as soon as the items are dispatched from our centre.

Delivery Duration by "Express Mail Services" (EMS): 4 - 6 business days

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with an item you may return it for a refund of your purchase price or exchange. Merchandise should be insured against loss and returned in new condition. We ask that the original merchandise be sent back within a 7 day grace period from the time you receive it and that it be sent back in its original state. Please be aware Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and the Buyer will pay for return shipping costs.
